Die Lage ist top, einen Steinwurf vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Tip top sauber. Gute Ausstattung (mit Waschmaschine). Schöne Einrichtung. Tolle hohe Räume. Die Aussicht entlang der alten Häuserfassade ist toll. Den Voucher für das Frühstück löst man in einem kleinen 100m entfernten Bistro ein. Dafür bekommt man z.B. einen Kaffee, einen O- Saft und ein kleines Gebäck.

Leider wird in der Straße gerade gebaut (eine neue Tramstrecke?). D.h. man musste die Fenster schliessen. Dann hat man aber nichts mehr gehört, denn diese waren schalldicht. Was dringend repariert werden muss ist das Bett. Die beiden Betthälften haben sich gegenseitig "angehoben". Das war dem Schlaf leider gar nicht zuträglich!

Disappointing Experience with Commercial Airbnb Stay at Aviana Suites, Bologna, Italy Initially, the accommodation impressed us with its nice decor, spaciousness, and central location with plenty of dining options nearby. It was also well-equipped with basics and a washer-dryer, which was a key factor in our choice. However, things took a turn for the worse when we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working upon checking in on Friday. Despite reporting the issue, the landlord's response was it was beyond his control, and the repair was scheduled for Monday. Given the F1 week rush, hotels were fully booked, so we chose to stay on. The landlord offered a one-night discount as a service recovery. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue: 1. Washing machine: Broken suspension caused it to move during spinning. 2. Toilet fan: Made a loud noise when turning on. 3. WiFi: Intermittent connection. 4. Cleanliness: The place was dusty, and floors weren't vacuumed or swept. The biggest letdown was that these issues weren't addressed despite our reports. A property should only be rented out when all amenities are in working condition and properly cleaned. This would ensure a better experience for guests.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Large, modern appartement in a historic building with full comfort and outstanding service.

The airco was defect the day we arrived. Although the owner reacted immediately by installing a fan, the problem could only be solved the day we left. Nevertheless we were impressed by the adequate reaction to remediate the problem and the perfect service to keep us informed.

Very nice apartment, very clean and the location is excellent.

There is nothing.

The location was just perfect, the atmosphere was pleasant, even if we stayed only for a day. Though outside it was noisy, the noise cancelling did wonders.
