Great location

Lack of attention to detail.

I like very much the location which is so close to the town center, the cleanness, the fact that you have a small coffee machine in the room (you can also use it for hot water in case you want to make a tea) and the personnel. Also, the double rooms are quite large which is really nice.

Not really a complaint of sorts, just some info for other tourists for a better decision. Last time I stayed in a single room and this room has no air conditioning. What it does have is a window in the ceiling that can be manually open but when it is hot outside it does not seem to be really enough, at least for me. During evenings and nights is ok though which compensates somehow. Another minus, let's say, is the fact that there is no parking at the hotel and you have to find a public parking place and many times it is difficult to find it very close. If you usually have a lot of luggage or equipment with you, as I usually have when I'm driving in between locations, is a bit tedious. Anyhow, the rest somehow compensate :) and overall is a great stay.

Excellent location - except that means it was quite far from the train station. Very nice boutique style hotel.

Nothing really. The manager? Owner? Used What's App to message me which was helpful since there is no staff around to ask questions. Place felt empty. No apparent AC and it was hot while I was there, so the one opening skylight helped.

* Staff: There’s only a staff for part of the day so most time there’s nobody around. There was nobody when I checked in at 4.30pm. I left at 8.55am on check out day and again nobody. I received a WhatsApp message asking me to pay the outstanding hotel tax by bank transfer. Not convenient. * Windows: My room was under the roof and had velux windows, curtains would not close entirely and it would get pretty hot in the room when sun hit on them. * No a/c in the room so had to sleep with windows open, which was a bit noisy. * Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant not on site. * Parking in the streets near the hotel is almost impossible.

Great location

WiFi didn't work in my room (#1) unless I was stanfing in the doorframe ( -_- ) In 3 days, never saw any staff member at reception. I got my room key in an enveloppe left on the desk. Had to leave a note to get toilet paper and empty trash because they don't make the rooms. There is no lock to lock door from inside the room, so anybody can come in if they have a key. Even with the window open, the room was humid and towels didn't dry even after 24h. Breakfast starts at 9h! It is way too late if you want too do something with your day.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Nur wenige Minuten und man steht auf dem zentralen Platz der schönen Altstadt. Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ist es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Das eigentliche Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sehr sauber.

Ich wurde über eine Sprechanlage mit Kamera hereingelassen, die Verständigung war aber akustisch nicht ganz unproblematisch. Das Zimmer hatte eine hohe schräge Decke mit mehreren Fenstern. Um eines davon zu öffnen, brauchte man einen vorhandenen Stab mit Haken. Die Verdunkelungsrollos der Dachfenster konnte man damit aber kaum bedienen, so dass sich das Zimmer nachts nicht abdunkeln ließ. Das Zimmer war außerdem nicht klimatisiert/klimatisierbar und relativ warm durch die Sonneneinstrahlung. Es war zwar ein Schreibtisch vorhanden, aber nur ein kleiner Stuhl mit niedriger unkomfortabler Sitzfläche. Im Bad gab es nur eine kleine Trennwand zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken, so dass es kaum möglich ist, zu duschen, ohne den Fussboden im Bad sehr nass zu machen. Insofern war der Komfort durch einige Eigenschaften des Zimmers eingeschränkt.
