Geen kookgelegenheid en de kamer was extreem warm. Appartement was gelocaliseerd in een achterstandswijk met geluidsoverlast van woonwagenkamp, het groen rondom het pand verdient de nodige aandacht, tuintafel erg vies. Geen aanrader, helaas.
