Wery loud music playing from the bar late at night

The room was good and spacious. We liked the location, with the Piarco plaza opposite the property we were able to go to the Pharmacy, supermarket and we found it to be very convenient.

The inclusive breakfast was disappointing because by the time we came downstairs, most of the food was finished. There were very limited options for vegans and most of the meat options were salty. There was only one staff member on to attend to everyone. However, she tried her best by supplying us with a small fresh salad.

The breakfast was decent. I found the bacon a bit too crisp for my liking. It was definitely adequate because I had to give half to my husband. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We needed food heated at midnight and it was done for us. The room was very clean and comfortable

I really have no complaints. We were there for one night.

Prices could be better

The location was great as I wanted a place close to the Airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room I booked was leaking from the air condition unit, which was in the Penthouse area. I made a report to the front desk where they immediately changed the room. So I had to pack up my stuff again to be transferred to another room, which was time consuming as we were tired and wanted to get some rest.
