Charming Place Cotroceni

Location. Cotroceni is beautiful - great scene with cafes and young families and houses much improved the last 6-10 years

No ac in bedroom. Had to blast in living room and use fan to move down hall Wasn’t super hot in Bucharest the last week of august and it was barely cool enough to sleep Couldn’t imagine it earlier this summer when it was very very hot Gotta install another ac Could definately use insect screens - somewhat buggy outside and when hot can’t open windows without mosquitos

Very charming, full of character accommodation located in a stylish, leafy and quiet part of Bucharest, yet very close to the centre of the city. Very clean and tastefully decorated with all the utilities - a real pleasure to stay there for a few nights! Beautiful houses/properties around the whole area and especially the St. Elefterie Church - a feast for the eyes.

The house is located in a very nice and quite neighborhood and the apartment ia dreamy and gorgeouse. The sheets and towels were clean, but not new. The host was extremely responsive and the cleaning lady very nice and both tried to accommodate me as soon as I arrived.

The lack of cleanliness. The shower was very dirty and the sink and hair everywhere, also the fridge was dirty inside. I had to give a good wash to every cuttlery I have used because they were sticky.

Excellent location in a quiet and green neighbourhood, available parking spaces nearby (both free and paid). The apartment had everything you could wish for, was clean and comfy.

Located in a very quiet and green neighborhood, close to parks, supermarkets, farmer's markets and restaurants of various types, including a private shaded outdoor space in the house's courtyard. The architecture of the house is representative for the old and warm interbelic Bucharest houses. The rooms are very spacious, renovated and pleasantly decorated, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, such as a large high-definition TV, books for children and adults, and spacious shower. The host is precise and extremely responsive to any query.

The shower separator from the rest of the bathroom is very small, so most of the bathroom floor gets wet every time you shower. There is room for a mobile extension (even a curtain), which would be a great addition to avoid mopping the floor every time. Mosquito nets would also protect the interior from the insects that populate the surrounding vegetation while enjoying the quiet fresh air with the windows open.

Cozy old house, good location in the center of the city. Modern fresh renovation, new furniture and nice interior. Free public parking. Everything is clean.

It was difficult to cook there. You have oven and hob. BUT no pots at all. Only one really really bad frying pan, where everything burned up. Only one knife. So, if you choose this apartment because of the kitchen, you should know about that 😅
