We have travelled from out of Delhi to visit Delhi and this hotel has very good location to catch or navigation to the cab person. They arrenge the cab as well for us and guide us as well. Most responsive persen at this hotel is - Kushal ,Vinay and Inderjeet for any kind of help. Will recommend this and visit again if possible.

"Worst hotel experience ever had"

Only good thing is courteous manager

Everything. It was horrible. Dirty bathrooms, worst services (almost no service), no hot water, walls were covered with pan spit, didn’t provide room key for two days, room were not ready, one room was provided after four hours at 6 pm, holes due to cigarette on blankets, ripped sofa, this hotel should not be on booking.com. Booking.com should have checked before adding, I was electrocuted while turning knob of electric geyser. Manager only listens to concerns and promises to fulfill but do not act on it to resolve.

"WORST PROPERTY AND STAFF EVER!"

Worst property ever!!!!

Nothing was good about it - worst staff ever! Visited with my family and due to their system issues, they were unable to view my booking. When i showed it to them then also they denied it. The receptionist doesnt know how to talk to people specially girls and aged people. Worst experience ever. Had to take my family to another hotel.
