Det saknades reception och var lite besvärligt att checka in eftersom det som alltid krånglar med IT-medier. Till slut lyckades dock Bob W ändå få över en länk som gick att använda.

The position of the bed. It was a cozy room, but the mattress kept sliding off.

Being assigned to a room that's half the size of what I've booked, with reduced kitchen facilities, cramped arranging, constantly bumping into furnitures. Staff is no where to be found when you need help—no signs when you're on site, and extremely delayed reply online. Partner breakfast only provided very basic and limited choice, not as advertised as anything below 200 SEK.
