All 4 beds are in one room (this is not visible on the pictures) and there is no window.

Manque d'aération: il n'était pas indiqué sur la présentation de Booking qu'une seule petite fenêtre, difficilement accessible, devait assurer l'aération de l'appartement. L'odeur à notre arrivée était loin d'être fraîche. De plus, le logement se trouvait à un niveau inférieur à celui niveau de la rue. Ceci semble peu compatible avec nos notions d'hygiène. D'autre part, l'appartement était propre et complet. Il manquait peut-être une couverture d'appoint. Je suis très déçue de la prestation de Booking cette fois, alors que je suis une cliente fidèle et généralement satisfaite. Le propriétaire de l'appartement s'est montré très compréhensif et a cherché à nous aider. Nous lui sommes reconnaissants de sa patience. Merci de lui faire parvenir cette appréciation. Y.Quinet

La posizione è ottima nel centro storico di Palermo, noi siamo arrivati a piedi (10 minuti dalla stazione centrale). Il locale è piccolo e stretto, non ci può essere privacy o intimità ecco. I servizi fondamentali sono garantiti come la pulizia di camera e bagno. La cucina non è stata utilizzata ma sembrava funzionale, coi minimi indispensabili garantiti anche lì. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Per il ritiro delle chiavi c'è stato un contrattempo perché la prima porta su cui inserire il codice per poi ritirare le chiavi si è bloccata e non si poteva aprire da remoto, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare solo 10 minuti che il gestore risolvesse. Al check out abbiamo chiesto di lasciare le valigie fino al pomeriggio e ci è stato accordato ma poi abbiamo avuto discussioni e problemi con chi gestiva e le signore delle pulizie, poco gradito. Infine ho poco gradito la mail con la richiesta in cui sono stata invitata dalla struttura a dare o 9 o 10 come voto di gradimento, poco professionale.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento pulito e curato.

Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war immer schnell und sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Bett war OK.

Apartment hat nicht wirklich ein Fenster. Das Fenster ist in der ersten Tür inegriert, dadurch ist das Zimmer ziemlich dunkel.und wenn man es öffen würde, kann man von der Straße ins Zimmer schauen. Wenn man die zweite Tür schließt ist es relativ leise im Zimmer, aber dadurch ziemlich stickig.

-location is great, central - near a good bakery -apartment is on the groubdfloor so it s easy with the luggage -they provided us with Itineraries and restaurants raccomandations -we didn't use it but it was since to have a kitchen with a setting area -they were responsive via whatsapp

-bed is really unconfortable, bcs of the noise it makes every time you move a tiny bit and the matrerass. They should invest in a better bed -the apartment is located next to a secondary school and in italy schools have very loud bells at every hour starting from 8am. if you go during the summer months it should be fine -no windows in the bedroom and in the bathroom, only a high window in the kitchen (i didn't mind too much since we were out most of the day)

No tiene ventanas y huele mucho a humedad, por la noche hay un sonido muy incómodo, se han equivocado a dar la llave a otro huésped y nos entró en la habitación a las 01h de la mañana
