The Kokomo Houseboat is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well kept. It was so peaceful on the water and we were able to see 4 dolphins swimming by. Check-in was easy. Bed was super comfortable. And restaurant for dinner was delicious and right at the end of the boat slips. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht gut. In der Kรผche stand noch dreckiges Geschirr vom vorherigen Gast. Auf dem Spiegel waren noch Wasserspritzer und der Tisch wurde auch nicht gewischt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.

"Fantastic spot to stay on Merritt Island"

The location just can't be beat. Love the water views and being so close to things like Kennedy and Cocoa Beach. It was a great place for a family to stay and all have our own space.

I preferred the condo in the tower that we stayed at before, with more privacy on the balcony. It would also have been nice to have a bedroom on the main floor, but these are not deal breakers!
