I have booked triple rooms and they have prepared double rooms In the room was cigarette smell and I doesn't like it and the hotel was fully booked

I liked everything: the conditions, breakfast which was big and varied, the receptionists which knew English. Too bad that we stayed only 1 night for transit.

I was disappointed to find that the rooms lacked sound insulation, which made my stay feel like I was sleeping on the street. Additionally, the beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom could have been cleaner with a bit more attention to detail.
