Fatal! I will never come back to this hotel! In 25 years of travelling all over the world and in all kinds of hotels I have never been treated so badly. The problem is not that nobody speaks English, but because I´m not Turkish, they didn't pay any attention. They don´t help me to phone taxi switchboard to call a taxi. The hotel manager was rude with us and unprofessional.

The worst thing about the staff, especially the director. I have never been insulted before. Everyone needs to learn at least 2 or 3 words of English.

Small hotel with 4-5 rooms on each floor. The breakfast was amazing, really tasty and varied. The coffee from the coffee machine was very good. The room is large.

Leaking wires, negligence in cleaning. The cleaners should wipe down ALL surfaces that are in the room.
