Principe railway station

The owner welcomed us personally. The facilities were excellent. Every imaginable consumable was at our disposal, including perfume, shaving cream, anti persperant spray, hygiene items for women, a well-stocked fridge with all sorts of food and drink, and cooking facilities. .There was a big plate of quality chocolates for us to nibble on. The location was good...just up from the metro and train station. If I had my time again, I'd stay for a week, not just one night.

El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, bien cuidado y limpio. Es un entresuelo con escaleras. Es perfecto para pasar un par de días y conocer Genova. Luca fue muy atento y respondía rápido.

The whole place was clean, good smelling and beautiful, it was just like the pictures really The host was friendly and helpful the whole time, if we were writing to him, we got answer right away To sum it up it was a treasure ☺️

The place was modern and good But the streets are dirty sometimes so that was the only thing that was bothered us

This apartment is excellent. Wish we had stayed longer. Would stay again and highly recommend

Un peu loin du centre

Estuvimos tan cómodos como en casa. Luca tiene una atención al detalle increíble y una amabilidad y simpatía fuera de serie. El alojamiento es comodisimo, bonito y práctico. No se puede pedir más.

Que solo nos quedamos una noche. Me hubiera quedado un par de meses.

A small but beautifully and creatively furnished apartment on the ground floor of a multi-story building. A bedroom with a comfortable bed. A tiny kitchen, yet everything is available. All necessary appliances are provided. The refrigerator is incredibly well-stocked upon arrival. I've been to Italy thirty times and stayed in dozens of places, but I've never encountered such attention to the culinary needs of guests. We loved the living room and bathroom. Another plus was the desk with a laptop stand. Our great host Luca also provided us with a pass that allowed us to use a nearby parking lot free of charge. The apartment is located about a kilometer from the famous Acquario di Genova and less than a mile from the historic center. It's also a great location for those wanting to explore Liguria without a car, as the Principe train station is right next door. The lower station of the funicular railway, which leads to the viewpoint on the Granarolo hills, is even closer.

Prywatne mieszkanie wyposażone tak, że wszystko co Ci potrzebne znajdziesz w otoczeniu. Masz ochote zjeść? Bierz z lodówki co chcesz - nawet cola i piwo schłodzone już tam jest. Bardzo miły gospodarz doradził nam gdzie jechać dalej i gdzie zjeść. Odpowiednie miejsce za odpowiednią cene. Gdybym miał wracać do Genui to na pewno chce znowu mieszkać tutaj.

Okolica niezbyt ładna. Widziałem wieczorem jak na ulicy próbowali ukraść samochód - dobrze ze właściciel udostępnia parking podziemny

This place exceeded our expectations! The place is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need from beers , coffee and a huge variety of vanity items. Lorenzo was friendly, waited me personally for the check in with extra focaccia. He is kind, responsive, the communication was on spot. It was a perfect start of our holiday and recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing, maybe the lack of bars in the neighbourhood. But the place itself is perfect 👌

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Such functionality, even though it is a small place. Everything worked perfectly. It is close to the metro, and just around the corner is a small supermarket. But the host also left plenty of drinks in the fridge. I am so happy I booked this flat, and am definitely coming back!
