The food, almost everything was out of stock, staff are very slow and its like they just want to get their job done, dont care to sit and welcome us properly and explain the menu the way they should Rooms are filthy and stink with alot of spiders, they need to clean it properly and fumigate it for insects

Breakfast buffet was included as booked. The room had enough spacious for four people, as it had 3 single beds and 1 double bed. Cleaning services everyday. Friendly staff. 2 swimming pools and kids play area. We also had wifi all the time as our room was located next to the reception. There's a mini fridge in the room and extra blankets. Not far from the main city and a few shopping centers nearby.

TV only had 2 channels, iron has to be requested at reception and a microwave would make a huge difference for the visitors.

I liked that after we were put in a below average standard family room they upgraded us to a little better room because we had complained of a number of things that were not working and wrong at the room. I liked that alot of tea/coffee etc was supplied .

I didn't like the fact that the room we had booked was soo isolated away in the lodge also knowing that it's a family room and if anything was needed we had to travel to front desk which was a little distance . I also didn't like that the room was more of a dormitory style for being a family room. The toilet didn't flash properly The toilet door handle broke upon using it which was very dangerous . There was only hot water available, the cold water wasnt working. The TV wasn't also working at all .
