The beds were not comfortable, the food took forever to prepare & we we're not told until we complained. Wifi connection is zero most of the time did not connect or poor connection of one bar. No smart TV or Netflix or showmax or mnet channels. The day we went to the pool it was not clean. We were not given much details about their dining arrangements in terms of getting coupons for breakfast and booking buffets.
ZAWe ate dinner there, but there was just an issue with the garlic sauce, they did bring me oil with carlic, but i send it back. There is a diffrence between sauce and oil. I order vegetables for the day that i waited for a long time, and then it was only steamed carrots and beans, no taste.
I just think that the garden around the accommodation area need some attention. It was bad to see all the coi fish dams empty and dirty. We were 6 years ago at eBundu, and the garden is going down, i think management is to blame. Some plants are overgrown as well.
