Bien ubicado, cerca de paradas de autobús y tranvia que conectan perfectamente con el centro y otros puntos importantes de la ciudad. Precio competitivo.

La limpieza bastante floja. Radiador con salpicaduras. Baño separado del wc. Ambos diminutos. La temperatura no se puede regular. Mucha calor. Solo hay la posibilidad de poner el radiador con lo cual todavía hace más calor. Por la noche la única opción que tuvimos fue abrir un poco la ventana. Colchón de espuma. Cama bastante incómoda.
