The apartment has a good location, with easy access to the city center and a tram stop nearby. Key collection was straightforward thanks to clear instructions. However, a major downside was the very late check-in time at 5 PM, with no possibility of arriving earlier – which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you arrive in the city early. On top of that, check-out was at 10 AM, making the stay feel unnecessarily short. The apartment itself was fine, but the bathroom is extremely small – both the shower and toilet can be difficult to use if you're a bit larger. Unfortunately, the overhead shower was out of order, so the listing photos don’t accurately reflect the actual facilities

Good location everything it was so close like a national stadium on the way to go to the old city centre by train number three it was amazing price but still he have some bad point otherwise everything was good

Pictures they are not real misleading bathroom and space. The toilet is enough for slim person but I will not recommend .It was very very small enough to get your under way after you sit in the toilet not good experience. The shower is the same just enough space to take a shower and to dress it’s impossible very very small space I will not recommend

Cleanliness, facilities and accommodating staff

The self check-in instructions were clear, and the lockbox near the tram station made key collection easy. Communication from the apartment team was a bit slower than expected, but they did inform us when the keys would be available. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it was clean and comfortable, so no complaints. Overall, it was a pleasant stay — quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Just keep in mind that check-in starts at 5 PM, which was fine for us but might not suit everyone.

Heating

The bed very small and too soft, not comfortable to sleep on. Toilette too small.
