Helpful staff. Decent place good location

Of course, it`s not a five-star resort but the place is nice for it`s price. It`s spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower with good preasure, aircondition works good. The host is absolutely friendly and supportive, he was always in touch, he allowed early check-in and tried the best to prepare the room before our arrival, also he helped us with our heavy luggage. Location is close to the center in a small street, surronded by tropical trees so it`s very quiet. Monkeys come every morning and don`t refuse from bananas.

Excellent host – very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, with a fully functioning air conditioning system. The location was perfect. The host arranged a scooter for us to get around and was always ready to help organize any activities. The price-to-value ratio is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Very spacious room, incredibly clean. Perfect location but slightly off the main road so it was nice and quiet. Very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is clean, the shower was amazing, the new air conditioning worked so well and the owner kept up regular communication with us keeping our stay with everything we needed.

If I have to pick something the bed frame was noisy when you move in your sleep.

location of place is nice , close to everything specially all beach Bars and mirissa beach

Room can get hot sometimes if you don't have a AC room.

This is by far the most amazing accommodation for me on Sri Lanka! Very spacious and clean room. The shower in the bathroom was a top tier! The owner Thili, was so accommodating. He always make sure that everything is fine. Will definitely come back here again!
