Cenco Suites Residences - Transient in Tanza Cavite

Nothing at all we didn’t stay but got rob off, i book twice with them i do understand it says no refund but when we get there noone is around with bugs and mosquitoes biting us we were calling and messaging them even the number they post on their office but they dont answer and dropping calls. Finally when i am talking to customer service of booking.com anout the situation the host came out because one of the tenants went looking for them at the back of the building. The host didn’t even apologize but heard me talking to customer service and complaining about the situation. He called my company out to go with him without even apologizing of the situation customer service said they will talk with the host and due to the situation I requested a refund as well as the next booking but refused and booking.com sent an email that host as well refused to accommodate us due to the situation but yet dont want to issue refund for not accommodating us. Rude and zero customer service I would not recommend this host at all. Not worth the stress and rudeness experience lesson learned don’t always get such deal its cheap for a reason.

The tv is junk .. no sound. After 3 days it was kind of fixed the channels appear in black and white.. no mirrors in the washroom 😔 o can't shave mi beard.. omg booking.com. You are supposed to ensure this facilities have a miror to shave in the washroom 😔 No internet 🛜 OMG 😳😰
