Moro Global Gold Al Aziziyah Hotel Makkah

I didn't like anything we booked and when we arrive they told us we can't do check in because the hotel is full. The staff so rude

I travelled from canada with 4 kids and alot of luggage. After 14 hrs of flight and all of us extremely tired, we were told at the reception that they do not have any room for us. The taxi driver left us with all the luggage at hotel door. We kept requesting for 3 hrs for help and they did not helped us. I spent all night in makkah then looking for rooms with all my luggage and kids. My 5 yrs old was sick as well. This is the worth that can happen to anyone. The hotel staff was the worst to provide any kind of help.

Грязно,персонал почти не знают Английский язык,недалеко от отеля постоянно был разлив канализации,ужасная вонь.

My son got ill with bed bugs which turned to be some viral or fungal infection. I asked the staff to put my bags in the office as our flight was in the evening but they denied it because they don't wanna take any risk, so put in the open area at my risk which turned to be safe.Overall it was my one of worst stay. Haram is walkable but road got filled with water in the night due to water tankers.

They refused to take us even though all payment was made for the entire stay. they gave our room to others and did not listen to me.
