Excellent location and cable car stops just next to the hotel. Easy to access to many places such as Union Square, Chinatown, Pier 39 which are all within walking distances. Staff at hotel are friendly and room is spacious

Excellent Apartment at excellent location. Adjacent to Nob Hills. Parking lot also nearby. Enjoyed the stay and would love to come back 👍

Great location, staff were really friendly & apartment had everything we needed.

It was really hot at night, as we were on the top floor. We had a fan but still really hard to sleep.

El millor de tot ha estat el personal tan de recepció com de suport. En tot moment ens han informat aconsellat i atès de forma excel·lent. Un 10. És una edificació antiga molt ben conservada gràcies a la tasca que realitza tot l'equip de manteniment i neteja. La ubicació també està genial, amb el cablecar davant mateix i al costat de Union Square.

Everything was perfect and was quiet value for Nob Hill neighborhood

First call was rough, and gave me a weird first impression of an outstanding property. Helen the general manager was wonderful 💯 as was Alice and Oscar at the front desk for checking in and out.

We had a very comfortable stay for our family trip. The 1+1 studio layout provided great flexibility, and the room was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchenette was particularly helpful and well-appointed. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, providing prompt service whenever it was needed. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the lack of AC. The ceiling fan was helpful, but it unfortunately stopped working. However, this wasn't a major issue as the weather wasn't too hot. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
