Perfect stay, easy and quick travel into Venice. Near shops, bus and tram. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Good communication from the owner.

1.coordinating with Giovanni - the host was very easy 2. rooms were very clean and spacious 3. bathroom was big 4. washmachine was available 5. location was good too. there is a bus/tram which takes directly to venice ferry station 6. airconditioner in rooms are available 7. utensils were available but limited.

1. wish there were more utensils in kitchen 2. air conditioner in living room was not working properly

Apartament located in a quiet area. Beds were very comfortable. Instructions left by the owners were very helpfull in getting your way around the points of interest in the town.

A small espresso machine would have been very nice.

It is quite neighbourhood…. With a direct bus to Venice what else do you need…

Nice, well equipped and spacious apartment with living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, Italian-style home coffee maker (moka pot), pots, a pan, sharp knifes. Very good communication with owner, self-service check-in and check-out. Quiet locality with free parking possibilities. Nearby there is a bus-stop with direct line to Venice (6L), Panorama shopping mall, tasty and cheap pizza shop "Pizza Si" (Via L. Pasini).

You have to wait for hot water a while. Prepare to cold floor, bring your slippers :-)
