Location, comms with organisers and view. Shame the pool was closed when we were there

Great location, very clean property (except toilet and bathroom), appreciate the cold and hot water dispenser, comfortable beds, spacious living room.

Toilets, bathrooms and outside common areas are a bit run down. It would be better if the owner can provide more pillows and kitchen utensils.

Staff were excellent, both with communication about how to find and access the room and in getting the place ready for us. I would stay there again based on this and the comfort of the apartment alone. The air conditioning was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a partial view of the KK bay, blocked by the shopping mall. It is located close to a boardwalk, convenience store, hotel room and a few restaurants. It is a 15 minute drive from the KK airport and within a short drive to most nearby attractions The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Has a cooking area, washing machine, tank water, water filter, fridge/freezer, kettle, TV and Wifi. The couch is comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room. The bedding and towels were good quality and very comfortable. The owner has put a lot of effort into making the place feel like home. We are a couple but this would be a great place for a medium to large size family to stay.

The room decoration is different from the title photo, although it is clean and well presented it is moon and dark red themed, not bright white and yellow-themed. The owner should remove the out-of-date photos to avoid confusion. The apartment itself was fine and secure, but the surrounding building had security bars over doors and windows of other apartments. There was no secured access to the building itself except a security guard at a boom gate. There is a small amount of mould in some of the bedrooms. Normally this would be fine, but I'm highly allergic to mould.
