CN极致性价比，空间也很大，适合大家庭出游
半夜摩托车的声音还是很吵，有些设施偏陈旧了
CN位置不错，很方便，房间很大，最多应该可以住到6人
噪音大大，一是处于亚庇机场飞机起降线上，所以飞机噪音很大，二是对着门口马路，窗户玻璃是单片玻璃，旁边的房子又把声音聚集起来（看图片）所以噪音很大，晚上很容易被吵醒。如果把铝合金窗改成断桥中空玻璃可能会有所改善。
CNCN房子太老旧了，30多年的老房子只是屋里做了翻新，整个公区和楼道都很老旧，而且房东不让退
