הכל היה מצויין. מודה על בקבוק יין ממש לא זול שקיבלנו כמתנה. רהיטים יפים ונוחים מאוד. אישרו לנו להיכנס שעתיים לפני ולא ביקשו כסף נוסף. תודה לדימה שאירגן לנו את זה בלי שביקשנו. ארוכת הבוקר נחמדה מאוד. חייב לומר שיוליה ברספשן- זה יהלום של כל בית מלון. תודה לה על יחס.

חדר גדול, מיקום מעולה על רוטשילד פינת נחלת בנימין. טרקלין זמין לשתיה ונשנוש ברוב שעות היום

- location - it was right by my office - snacks in the room - hotel lounge was great - delicious food and drinks - I recall it used to be open 24 hours but now it's closed at night.

This was my second visit to this hotel but my first one was prior to the hotel being acquired by Fattal, a larger hotel chain. Seems like it went downhill since: - Wifi disconnected every 2-3 minutes - Gym was in a poor condition: used gum on the only treadmill that worked (2 were broken), no water (they ran out) and no AC. - Staff charged me VAT even though it was not supposed to, so had to claim a refund at the airport which was a hassle.

Beautiful spacious rooms in an elegant renovated building . Perfect central location

Location, breakfast, room is pretty comfortable

Bathrooms was not clean when arrived, and same dirt was found even after first day the cleaning crew arrived, I needed to ask few times about it
