Location is excellent, you can get wherever you need very fast. Metro station is in 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is expensive, but very tasty with lots of dishes Staff is very nice and polite. Very important for Israel - each day a bottle of water in the room and you can always take another one from reception. Welcome bottle of wine and snacks. There is a fridge in the room.

Amazing location, very central.

My deluxe double room was a bit small, however the balcony was a nice treat. My single occupancy room was very large but the windows didn't open all the way. Important improvement would be for bathrooms which need a better cleaning.

Executive room was nice. Not spacy but nice. Shower great. The lounge and free beverage and foods is great too.

When I registered no one asked for my car reg plate to give me a parking space. So I could not park in the building. Iist of the seats in breakfast lounge are uncomfortable chair to high table small and low. Lounge closes at 22pm it should be open more. There is a green light lit over the bed on the cieling nobody answered what is this for. The smoke detector has his own lights that flash every 5 seconds. When a couple comes with 2 suitcases there isn't enough room for both. Only 1 rack. The pool on the roof top was empty. There was no announcement from the hotel. Spa also looks abbandent no message from the hotel. Over all I don't think this was good value for money we will try another hotel next time.

Very nice architecture, everything was organized and nice. Very kind and hardworking staff. Good ameneities. Nice large and comfortable room with great bed and shower.

The location. Breakfast was good.

We got the room late. The reception staff was not welcoming. Did not make an effort to help with the room. Long line to the breakfast inside a cramped hallway.
