Opersonligt t.ex. fråga om handikappanpassning-kunde besvaras först efter bokning, när man redan var i systemet! Här funkade den enskilda frågan, men hur trivsamt är det att krångla sig. Visst kan det var bra med nyckelsystem 24/7, men tar hellre högre kostnad för en personkontakt direkt och fråga är oftast löst. Lite väl "sterilt"! Här fanns inga alternativ. Försöker välja mer kundrelationer framöver. Kvällen efter 25 mil bort gav helt annan servicenivå och högre standard till lägre pris. Kul att marknaden är fri/LGK
