W zasadzie wszystko było bardzo dobre, właścicielka niezwykle miła, pomocna i elastycznie podchodziła do naszych potrzeb. Blisko zarówno do starego miasta jak i na plażę, a dodatkowo mieliśmy udostępnione rowery (nie skorzystaliśmy). Śmiało mogę polecić to miejsce.

Tiziana zaopiekowała się nami wspaniale, pomogła z parkingiem, dała nam świetne rady z których chętnie skorzystaliśmy, apartament jest w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, świetnie urządzony, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, Chioggia jest urokliwa i bardzo dobrze połączona komunikacyjnie z Wenecją, to był super pomysł żeby się tu bezpiecznie zatrzymać. Na naszą prośbę Tiziana zorganizowała łóżeczko niemowlęce, proponowała też inne rzeczy dla dziecka, a na miejscu dostępne było też krzesełko do karmienia. Możliwość zatrzymania się w tak autentycznym włoskim mieszkaniu stanowiła dla nas ogromną przyjemność, za co bardzo dziękujemy.

Byłoby super gdyby był czajnik; mimo że byliśmy poza sezonem w mieszkaniu było trochę za ciepło; wiedzieliśmy z opisu że znajduje się na piętrze bez windy ale schody były bardzo strome (nie przywykliśmy do takich) - to są drobne niedogodności które nie wpłynęły na ogólną ocenę obiektu, zaznaczam je bo sama szukam takich informacji wczytując się w komentarze przeglądając mieszkania

Помашкання, на нашу думку, має ідеальне розташування. Ви можете протягом 10 хв пішки дістатись до пляжу Sottomarina, або до історичного центру Chioggia. Поруч є достатньо продуктових магазинів, кафе, ресторани. Сама квартира чиста та охайна, має нові меблі, зручний санвузол, достатньо велику кухню. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування страв та великий стіл для обіду. Власниця Тіціана була дуже привітною та витратила багато свого власного часу, щоб надати нам всю інформацію, яку ми потребували. За що ми їй дуже вдячні! Також вона забронювала нам паркомісце неподалік будинку для нашого автомобіля. То ж нам не довелось шукати платну парковку. Супер! Взагалі ця локація для відпочинку - просто ідеальна. Ви знайдете розваги на будь-який смак: пляж та тепле море, екскурсії до Венеції або на острови, вечірні прогулянки до Chioggia з безліччю ресторанів з морепродуктами, місцеві ринки з свіжими морепродуктами. В цьому помешканні ви почуваєте себе місцевим мешканцем з гарними умовами для життя та відпочинку!

We had a rest in August with children, the location of the apartment is perfect! It is very close to the center and to the beach. The apartment was clean and completely corresponds to the photo. The owner of the apartment is a wonderful and very nice woman. She helped with any questions, was always in touch, and also gave us information about interesting events that took place in the city. We liked everything very much.

We really enjoyed the accommodation; the host was very kind and helped us with everything. Thank you. Parking is public and nearby; with a bit of patience, you can find a spot. The apartment is accessed via relatively narrow and steep stairs, which should be kept in mind—they are typical for the area. The apartment itself is new, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. One single bed in a separate room was shorter, but that didn’t bother us. Everything you need is in the vicinity—grocery store, other shops, cafés, etc. It was about a 5–10 minute walk to the beach at a normal pace. The walk was pleasant. The beach was clean; if you want to stay right on it, you need to rent sunbeds and umbrellas, or you can walk a bit further to the public beach where you can lay out towels, etc., directly on the sand. The old town of Chioggia, which you can also reach within just a few minutes, is beautiful as well. It offers plenty of small cafés, restaurants, and other shops.

Apartment is very clean and cozy. Fully equiped plus air conditioning.The owner is very nice and helpful. Although it is quite smalll like other apartments in the area, it was enough space for 4 members of our family. You live like a cittizen, in the thiny house among local people. It is worth mentioning that in the 1st bedroom there is a single bed and in the 2nd bedroom there is one double and one single bed. Location is just perfect, close to the bridge directing to the old town but also near the necessary shops of Sottomarina.

Nothing was wrong. Everything just perfect. One tip:. Don't be mislead by google maps. It may direct you to the houses on the right side of the main street when heading the old town, whereas number 1575 is located on the left side. You turn left to the last street before the bridge. One of the pictures of the apartment shows this, but we neglected it and spent some time looking for the right block of flats.

The apartment is very nice, clean, and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient - you can easily reach the beach and the charming historical centre. The owner is very kind, helpful, and caring. We had a great time in Chioggia.
