カラオケや岩盤浴サウナがあってよかったです。歯ブラシも人数分ありました。駅からも近くベットも大きくて快適に過ごせました。チェックアウトも11時で助かりました。

防音で、カラオケなどもできるしサウナも岩盤浴もあって最高

椅子の間からペットボトルが出てきたり、サンタ帽子が出てきたり、前の方が使ったような風船の飾り（ゴミ）や、氷が入ったままだったこと。11名で宿泊したが、アメニティが8個しかなかったのと、暗証番号の問い合わせをした時の対応があまり良くなかった。

Beautiful apartment close to train and shopping. The grocery store located in the nearby mall was convenient. We traveled with our adult son and his family. 4 adults and one 12 year old child. We all slept comfortably and loved the luxurious bath rooms. It was an easy place to stay in order to travel north from Omiya station the next day

We had a little bit of uncertainty that we were at the correct building when we arrived, and we did not enter the code correctly at the door the first time we tried it. A photo of the building exterior would have helped us. The apartment is located in a gray building, and there are two hair salons on the lower floors. There is also a small sign that reads Pareon Suite outside by the street

カラオケ、岩盤浴、サウナと設備が充実している。部屋も広く、5人で泊まったが快適だった。

予約内容の変更や問い合わせの対応や回答が迅速であった

寝室の一部の窓にカーテンがなく、明るくて睡眠の妨げになった また、ソファーベッドの仕様や寝具についての情報が無く、想定していた状況と大きく乖離していた

館内がとても清潔に保たれている。 浦和駅に近く立地がよく、部屋も広くまたサウナや岩盤浴、カラオケ、洗濯機に乾燥機と設備が充実していて大変満足している。 大人数で泊まれば宿泊費も安く収まるので、リーズナブルに使用することが出来た。 次回使用する機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したい。

アパートメントホテルはホテルスタッフが在中しているわけではないので、ルームサービスを希望される方は通常のホテルでの宿泊がオススメ

宿泊日のミスをしてしまったところ、トラブル対応がとても早くて安心できた。
