Staff was polite but bathroom was somehow assembled with broken sanitary items, no cloth hanger, not that clean, TV wasn't working. Additionally, i asked for sight seeing suggestion by cab and they arranged a travel agent who was a total fraud. We paid for a sight seeing package to Ooty and he didn't even stop at any site point, we only saw it by bus travel and shops which were way more expensive.
