Hotel Sautto

Location was great. Staff was really nice. That's about it.

Unfortunately the place was pretty dated and situated around a garden so there were lots of insects that easily made their way into the room even after I close all the windows and door. I picked this place because the posting said it has mosquito nets. My room had none. I asked to be transferred to another room but the staff said there none of the rooms had mosquito nets. I got stung multiple times every night I was there. Saw numerous cockroaches during my stay as well. This was my worst stay in Mexico and I've been to 7 other major cities. I normally don't leave reviews but this was a miserable experience.

It was run down, the staff didn't care, bed was uncomfortable, and it needs updating.

The rooms need maintenance the bathroom door and the main entry didn't work well. It is hard to access the parking lot it depends if someone is available at reception to open the gate. The parking lot has no agreement with the hotel anymore .

The location is great, the restaurant is great. The staff is willing to help all the time.
