"Shall not go to rosewell nest in future."

Rahul Manager is a nice person.

The staff doesn't speak unless made direct booking. Made numerous calls to Sachin which he didn't respond. Called up Manager Rahul who said will call back and then did not respond.. No response from staff through online booking.

"Worst place I have ever seen...."

One of the worst hotels I had ever seen in my life I booked the room through the booking app but they denied they didn't accept the booking...and they asked me to pay extra money..their AC was not working such a good scammer when we ask for change they denied they refused to refund...they do scam with the customer it was my first and last visit to roswell hotel...hotel staff were untrained and unhygienic.please don't waste your money...

When I arrived at the property, the staff demanded extra money or said I’d have to check out within 4 hours, otherwise they’d charge me more. I had no other option at the time, so I agreed to the 4-hour stay. However, they then informed me that no hotel rooms were available and I would have to stay in a PG accommodation instead. The PG was in terrible condition. I had paid for a proper hotel room but ended up staying in a substandard PG for just 4 hours. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience.

Everything except bed!
