Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum jak i do jeziora. W pokojach bardzo czysto, codziennie były sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane itp. W pokojach klimatyzacja. Przemiła obsługa. Parking dostępny, trzeba mieć tylko na uwadze, że garaż jest dla małych aut, dość ciasny. Na zewnątrz natomiast bez problemu.

Nasz jeden pokój był akurat od strony głównej ulicy /stacji CPN/serwisu rowerowego, co dało się odczuć, szczególnie serwis rowerowy pod oknem. Drugi pokój już cichy, jednak trafiliśmy pod koniec pobytu na grubszy remont obiektu od tej strony... No i posiłki, zdjęcia na stronie znacznie lepsze, aniżeli na żywo, owoce nie były pokrojone, ananas kilka śniadań tworzył jedynie dekorację, niektóre owoce wyglądały mało apetycznie, pomarszczone.
