USThe location was great - on the water just across from Portmagee on Valencia Island. June was a welcoming, responsive, and helpful host! The room was perfect for our one-night stay.

IEExcellent location with close proximity to Portmagee,very accommodating host and if it’s only a base with bed and shower facilities that is required this place certainly ticks all boxes.
IENicely decorated , plenty of socket points, very comfortable bed, just across the bridge from Portmagee, with beautiful scenic views. Complementary tea, coffee and herbal teas . June and Declan were great hosts.
The only negative I could find was no shower gel , it did not state toiletries would be provided on list of facilities, so the onus is on me.
