Maison Alice

Sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und Geschäften, Restaurants, Bankomat und Supermarkt. Saint-Vicent ist eine hübsche kleine Stadt, die abends zum Leben erwacht. Die Wohnung war sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad und insbesondere die Dusche waren sehr sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Bett war herrlich groß und bequem. Alice, die Gastgeberin, hat uns immer bei Fragen unterstützt. Auch unser Problem mit dem Parkplatz wurde sofort gelöst. Nicht vom Äußeren des Hauses täuschen lassen. Innen ist es einfach gemütlich. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt.

An der Wohnung gab es nichts zu meckern.

It was really great, note that it is a second floor without an elevator, it didn't bother us.

Very spacious and comfortable with lovely views and great location close to the centre of town but just far enough away to be quiet with easy parking. It was great to have a washing machine too. Alice was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

2nd floor stairs were fine for us but may be a bit tricky with luggage for less able. Not a criticism just something for people to be aware of.

Nice apartment in Saint Vincent. It was close to the congress at nice Hotel Billia and city center. I recommend it to families travelling to this city.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. Pans, kettle, cutlery.. even oil and dishwasher tablets. All the windows have external rails so you can close them and keep the house cool. Also every evening there is a nice breeze which can ventilate the apartment. The view from the windows is exceptional.

2 things mainly: - the garbage has to be separated (which is not a problem in itself) but every bin can be emptied only once a week. So if you produce too much garbage you need to think where to put it (and there are no big bins outside for the residual waste). - if you turn on too many electrical devices the circuit-switched will switch on.

Completely new, stylish and comfortable apartment with many extras close to the centre in a good quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and big shower. Communication with Alice was easy going, fast and friendly. Absolutely recommendable! :)
