Savrsena lokacija u srcu starog grada. Besprekorno cist i udoban apartman sa toaletnim potrebstinama i svim ostalim neophodnim sitnicama.Tiho je, tako da se moze spavati uz otvoren prozor. U neposrednoj blizini je parking Valdibora, koji je pogodan za krace zadržavanje, dok se prenesu stvari do apartmana. Parking u zoni 4 (7 eura na dan) smo našli na samo 10-tak minuta lagane setnje do apartmana. Marta je izuzetno ljubazna, uvek dostupna za bilo koju vrstu pomoci. Draga Marta, hvala Vam puno, rado ćemo ponovo doći, ako odlučimo da se vratimo u sarmantni Rovinj❤️

Posizione molto fascinosa nella intrigante cittadina ma con limiti derivanti dalle politiche del territorio sulla sosta per i parcheggi.

Assenza di informazioni circa le modalità della sosta della propria autovettura a Rovigno; assenza nel territorio di posti di parcheggio non a pagamento; tutte le piazzole a pagamento anche di notte; con tariffe elevate (neanche a Venezia) e con modalità di esazione anche persecutorie (apposizione di ganasce), senza eccezione alcuna. Un'adeguata informazione avrebbe consentito di organizzare il proprio arrivo e gli spostamenti con modalità differenti dall'uso della propria autovettura. Rientrati un giorno prima.

Very cute studio in the heart of Rovinj. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and I was very surprised how quiet it was. Would highly recommend it.

Very clean, comfortable, perfectly equiped appartment with a perfect location. We have Never had so good instructions how to find the accomodation, use it, such warm and great caretaking by the Owner as we had now. So recommend it after one week of staying, Very much worth the money and even more. Thank you.

Fabulous location. Very comfy beds and everything you need in an apartment. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Next door to laundromat which was very convenient.

Wi-Fi very poor reception inside the old town.

The host was eager to help us and was available the whole time. Both the room and the bathroom are very clean, new and comfortable. The location was the best part since it's in a quaint corner of the city center and the beach is really near by. The beach is that made of a rock with easy access to the water. There's also a lot of great food places nearby (the best being Tunaholic which is right next to the studio). So overall a great stay during the season :)

This cozy little apartment in Old Town has an amazing location and is very nicely decorated. It has all the amenities, and the attention to detail is first class. They are very responsive and helpful in communication, and we will definitely be booking again.

Wi Fi is unreliable.

The property is super clean and very close to stores and restaurants which made getting souvenirs for friends and dinner in the evenings a piece of cake!

Due to the location, the wifi is very slow and even mobile data struggles sometimes, though this is less a problem with the property itself and more with the architecture of Rovinj itself.
