The apartment is really clean, has a lot of space and everything you need for a stay. The owner is nice and polite, the location is great, 2 min away from the city centre, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Definitely recommend 10/10

The apartment is at the center, with a really spacious hall and kitchen. 3 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms and one more toilet.

The apartment has seen better times ~30 years ago. You have a feeling of dirt (it is not but the feeling stays), one of the toilets is not usable as there is a bathtub and bidet so close to it. The kitchenette is old. The host was not so responsive as others are.
