Spazi ampi, pulizia al top, apprezzatissime le due verande coperte esterne fornite di tavoli e sedie. Parcheggio interno privato. La vicinanza alla scuola sottoufficiali di San Vito.

Il lavandino in bagno, danneggiato probabilmente da utenti negligenti..

Appartement fonctionnel, grand et bien situé. Bel extérieur entretenu. La machine à laver est un plus ! Serena a été très accueillante.

L'appartamento è funzionale, ben arredato, offre tutto ciò che serve ed è ampio. Bello perché dispone di ben due punti esterni dove potersi rilassare.

Le uniche note negative riguardano il box doccia perché piccolo, vecchio e non in linea con il resto degli arredi che, seppur non nuovissimi, rimangono comunque presentabili. Altro difetto riguarda l',ingresso carraio alla villa tramite il cancellone che può diventare ostico se non si è pratici di manovre strette
