ONUJI stay

住宿環境空間大，兩間雙人床房，無大面落地窗用燈牆加強室內空間明亮度，主空間可以3個29吋行李箱全開，浴室雙洗手槽，巨大hinoki泡澡，備品齊全(杯子、盤子、刀具、餐具)，住宿地理位置絕佳，步行的到很多熱門名店(All Sunday貝果、螞蟻家、83haechi、水邊最高豬肉湯飯等等)，整體CP值來說非常高

我們來自台灣，三位入住R2房型共有兩大床，住宿地理位置堪稱完美，一樓就是Olive young，三樓就是working day早午餐，步行到便利商店2分鐘，過馬路就是廣安里海灘，房間空間大，使用密碼鎖進房相當方便，床舒適好睡，浴室洗髮沐浴潤髮全都有，廚具的備品也一應俱全，有問題即時在IG像人員聯絡也有馬上得到幫助，真的是非常感謝，在房內的落地窗即可欣賞廣安里海灘及廣安大橋，完全值得這個價位

唯一一個小小缺點是，主空間不知道怎麼調都一直很悶悶的暖氣，稍微可惜，小房間才可以單獨送冷氣

The property itself and the location are great. Next time in Busan we will book ONUJI again. Great host, we thought we lost a pair of earrings at the accommodation while we were already on our way to the airport. The host was ready to ship them home for us, luckily it was our mistake and we actually didn't forget them after all, but glad to know this issue would've been resolved.

Sometimes late at night when other guests above empty their bathtub, it's a bit loud from the drain. But nothing the accommodation can do about it.

Property was big and clean. Well furnished.

There was only one window for a big apartment.

Really great location, I'll give you that much.

Even though there are multiple rooms listed here as "family rooms" we would not recommend this stay for families, at least not with small children or toddlers. There is sand in the table and along walls used for decorative purposes (not great with small kids whose hands get into everything and who then proceed to eat said everything), there are only big towels provided for adults and none for the children, there is no kitchen towel and the kitchen overall is not well equipped for travel with small children. And a heads up for the "Family Private Ryokan" in particular: In this room, there are no windows anywhere expect for a small escape window in one of the bedrooms. Because of this, there is no natural daylight, the room unfortunately feels like a coffin, and if you are traveling with small kids, it's a bit disorienting to their sleeping schedule, so it makes the trip a bigger hassle than it has to be. Unfortunately, staff was unreachable during the stay of our trip via phone, and their text-based communication came across as very rude to us. Neighbors reported the same problem to us, as they could not get a hold of the staff even though their lock was broken and needed immediate assistance. All of this to say: Don't go here if you have small children; and even if you don't have children, perhaps consider whether this price point is worth the lack of service here.
