The apartments are decorated in period style and when we got there it was as if we had used a time machine and found ourselves in an cozy Alpine house. Our stay at this apartment was genuinely relaxing and exceeded expectations. The space was thoughtfully arranged — the cozy bedroom and open-plan living area made it feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchenette was a big plus, especially for those who prefer self-catering. One of the highlights was the balcony — waking up to panoramic views of Livigno every morning added a special touch to the whole experience. The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes on foot from the Mottolino ski lifts and bike park, and with a free bus stop close by, we had no trouble getting around, including trips to Carosello 3000. Parking was easy and secure, even with our larger vehicle, which is always a relief in mountain towns. Overall, this place is a top pick for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located base with all the essentials and more. We left feeling refreshed and inspired — and would gladly return!

I stayed in this amazing apartment with my family of 4 during the second week of December, and I can't recommend it enough! This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to feel at home while enjoying the beauty of Livigno. The self-catering kitchenette is fully stocked with all the utensils you could need, making it so convenient to cook meals after a day on the slopes. The location is unbeatable. It’s a true ski-in, ski-out apartment, letting you hit the slopes directly from the door. While Livigno center accommodations can be pricey, this apartment strikes the perfect balance, close enough to enjoy the lively pedestrian zones and just a stone's throw from the Mottolino Fun Mountain and ski lifts, yet far enough to enjoy some peaceful downtime. It was also wonderful to bring our pet dog along. This apartment is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us! The host is amazingly helpful. The overall experience was fantastic, and I can confidently say it’s the best place we’ve stayed in Livigno. We’ll definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families, skiers, and anyone seeking a cozy yet well-connected stay!
