The pool was amazing and sitting on the patio in the open breeze in the shade was the perfect way to enjoy the view out of the sun.

We love the open space , the amnesties , the pool, the view and the host kindness - we are planning to maybe make an annual trip to Tahiti-

We are a family of four & we stayed at this beautiful home in December for 10 nights. First off, there is Decon (rat poison) under every bed & shoved in every corner. There are active mouse traps all over. Someone accessed the house while we were away at the beach, without notifying us. They charged us a $107.00 cleaning fee and then another $273.00 security deposit. They made no effort to refund our security deposit after check-out. I reached out several times over three weeks & they finally said they were keeping the deposit because there were 1) finger prints on the stainless refrigerator 2) smudges on the inside of the oven glass 3) a dirty blender 4) stains on a washcloth. The house did not contain a blender. The owner's personal belongings are all over the house, in every freezer, cupboard, cabinet and closet. It is almost as though someone lives there full time & maybe rents the house here and there. The managers were not helpful whatsoever. I requested paper towels and dishwashing liquid & they never responded. The house in a neighborhood & there are a ton of chickens, roosters & dogs that make noise all hours of the night. Since the house does not have windows or doors, there is no shielding the noise. I talked to Booking about the manager keeping the "security deposit" and they sided with me, saying that since the owners already collected a cleaning deposit, they cannot be collecting a second cleaning deposit for simple things such as fingerprints on stainless steel. On the day we checked in, the managers gave us the code to the gate and the front door to the home was unlocked. We let ourselves in and I immediately reached out to the manager letting her know we had arrived. They acted upset that we were there an hour early, which we had told them we would be. They later told Booking that we had "forced our way in" even though they gave us the code.

All of it! The house was fantastic and the perfect place to set up for a week of exploring. The property was very clean and was the perfect home away from home. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was a necessity! Communication with the property was excellent. We left an item at the house after our stay and the property manager went out of his way to meet us many days later to give our belongings back. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property. Thanks for giving us an awesome place to stay during our holiday. 🙂
