Попросили на ресепшен оставить сумки на 2 часа, взяли 100000 донгов

Персонал на момент выезда уже был не такой дружелюбный как при заселении. Придирались ко всему , каждой мелочи при приеме квартиры , чтобы не отдавать залог. Хотя эти мелочи были до нас!

Хорошее расположение. Красивый вид с балкона. Наличие необходимой посуды.

Не свежие, очень застиранные полотенца. Отсутствие стульев, столика на балконе. Нашла засохшего таракана в ванной.

The service we received from the owner and staff was excellent! extremely detailed instructions to self check and taking the guess work out of the process, 24 hour security and floor access gave greater confidence. The location was central to most things you wanted , the gold coast mall provided all essential needs including a lotte grocery store. You do have to pay extra for the pool club , however the price is inexpensive and kids are free,plus it includes large towels and a drink for everyone .The staff also provided valuable information about the area and even worked to solve a problem with a package being shipped to us . Can't say enough about this place and the great people. Our family will stay again

롯데마트랑 가까운거? 해변과 가까움

시설이 낡았습니다(화장실은 곰팡이가있었고 따뜻한물도 안나와서 너무 추웠어요) 전자렌지도 없었고 냉장고는 작동이안됐으며 식기류도 바꿔야할 것같네요 그리고 수건, 매트부분도 낡았어요 매트리스도 꺼져서 중고로 사온건지. 걸레같은걸 수건이라고 줬으면서 퇴실할때 확인 다 하더니 손톱만큼 묻은 초콜렛가지고 다그치듯 말해서 닦아서 보여줬습니다 잉크도아니고 지워질것으로도 그렇게 얘기하니 상당히 불쾌했어요 퇴실전 방체크하는 모습은 상당히 기분나쁘고 불쾌했습니다 다신 안가고싶어요
