We arrived around 8:30 am even though checkin was at 3:00pm they let us xheckin early. A little extra fee. Not bad worth it as we drove 8n bad weather all the way there. I took a couple hour nap. We were already to go sight seeing and do my business in which I came for. Thank you for your help.
Water was red when first turning on the shower. Loud garbage pickup ~4:30 am Saturday morning. Room smelled musty (like old 70s wooden paneling) but looked clean. Nice river view at the back of the property.
This hotel was supposed to be all newly renovated rooms. It was not! The rooms still had the old 70s wood paneling walls and old 70s stained furniture. Old stained rickety bathrooms horrible uncomfortable beds and this thin bed cover that was more like a sheet than a blanket. Not surprisingly I was attacked by bed bugs on my stay here. Got bit all over and had to leave my luggage outside when I got home so I could clean and sterilize everything one at a time before bringing back in my house so I didn’t carry bed bugs in my house.
Have stayed herenin the past. Knew it was older but had previously been taken better care of. Room smelled musty and there was hair in the shower. No new towels or room cleaning service for a 2 night stay yet there were only 3 towels and washrags for 2 people. Such low water pressure shower was difficult to feel clean and soap free. Toilet moved when sat on and tub spout pulled from wall when turning on shower. Bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and moldy. Updated rooms shown on expedia was not what i received.
The front desk lady was pleasant. Unfortunately, we will not go back. The room smelled like mildew.

USThere was no breakfast. The pool was nice, but it was still a little cold to stay long. The room was nice and big with a lot of plugs and light. It was in a very good location.
The elevator does need to cleaner. The ice and vending mic. are in a locked room you have to unlock with your key if you need them.
