USThere was dried urine on toilet stool and seat of toilet, very little toilet paper, no small sample of soap or shampoo, TV wouldn’t work, battery missing from TV remote, no sheet on bed under comforter Will never come back to this motel again Tried it get a refund for second night so I could go to another hotel but got the run around since I booked with hotels.com and motel is owned by OYO so co owner at front desk said they could not give refund that it had to be authorized by OYO and when representative from hotels.com tried to contact OYO, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered.

The manager of property is a super nice guy! The room was clean. The hotel is. Little old and could use some upgrades. But overall not a bad budget friendly place to stay.

Desk agent initially fave me dirty room. Second room had no wash rags so had to use a hand towel to wash. The outlets were all buried under furnature, except for one. I generally need three plug-ins to work comfortably. When I got there, a seedy black guy in a green lanturn t-shirt was pretending to smoke a cigarette, walking back-and-forth on every floor and scoping cars coming in at check-in time. I definitely felt watched. Neighbors were talking at night and I heard every creek in the steel walkways outside. I small a black bug at some point. A neighbor woke me up at 9:15, knocking at the door directly next to mine because her keycard wouldn’t work. Walked out to get shower stuff at 10, and mine didn’t work coming back, either. They didn’t have conditioner, only shampoo, and oh yeah, no breakfast. This hotel did practically everything wrong, not just one or two things, like I would expect. It was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had.
