Attitude Resort Langkawi

The facility itself is nice and resorty. Its at a central location walking distance to the main beach and main road.

There's construction next door that is soo loud the whole room shakes and it's impossible to sleep!!!!! Before I got there I was told that the is some construction going on but its not very loud and wouldn't disturb me. When I found out that it was extremely noisy I though it was a one off and it would stop based on the information the hotel told me. By the time I had realised it was a consistent issue, I asked for my money back for the remaining days so I can go to another hotel where I can get a proper sleep. They refused to give me the refund even thought the conditions where horrendous based on the fact I didn't complain the first day?!!! They did not inform me that I had only one day to complain and that the conditions were this bad. I had already paid a lot of money for the resort so paying extra for another hotel wasn't an option. I felt imprisoned in a place I did not want to be in! They would not budge or offer any compensations. Horrendous service and borderline malicious. No proper communication. Had I known of how bad the construction was I would of not gone there to begin with. Maybe that's why they don't give you the full information. Also, standard room is quite small and walls are very thin so you can hear other rooms and people walking past as if theres a piece of paper between you and them.

Прекрасное место за свои деньги. Очень симпатичные домики, небольшие приятные номера, удобная кровать, хорошо работающий кондиционер. Первая линия, прямой выход к пляжу, где ВООБЩЕ нет людей. Очень красивая панорама, приятно прогуляться вдоль береговой линии. Можно взять мячик и поиграть в волейбол, рядом есть сетка) Лежаки от отеля тоже хорошие и всегда пустые. В 5-7 минутах есть макдональдс, в 10 минутах пицца хат, можно покушать) Недалеко второй пляж, там уже более людно, есть рестораны и шоу вечером после заката. Расположение - правда супер! Персонал - отличный, всегда встречали нас с улыбкой

Это НЕ относится к тому, на что может повлиять сам отель. Да, там рядом большая стройка. Шумят с 8-9 утра до 10-11 вечера, иногда у нас тряслась комната, но это не может снизить оценку отелю, потому что они не могут никак ее оставить (к моему большому сожалению) Вода мутновата, есть медузы. Если кому-то важно - учтите)

* The air conditioner is blowing directly on the bed * No airflow in the bathroom * The 3D room is one of the 3 rooms near the reception. The window " view" is to the back of the public toilet. I will attach a picture below * Construction during the whole day - sometimes the earth is shaking * There was an anti mosquito device in the room, but 2 ants slept with me the second night * When the construction stops during the second night we hear a music.nearby The place is nice. Choose a king room if you decide. But exactly this room and the construction make the experience awful for me.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and everything during our stay was smooth and pleasant. The room was quite spacious, and the housekeeping was very good. We also really appreciated the toast for breakfast, unlimited access to drinking water, and having a dedicated box in the shared kitchen fridge — all of these were very convenient and made the stay even more comfortable.

The main downside was the construction work below the hotel. It did not disturb our sleep, but on windy days the dust was blown toward the sea. Another small drawback was the lack of proper sun loungers.

The staff are absolutley incredible at this resort, so helpful, welcoming and friendly. It’s the best part of the trip to be honest. The bungalows are beautiful, very clean and tidy and everything you need including free bottled water whenever you go to reception. I really enjoyed my stay at this place and it’s made my visit to Langkawi amazing. You have your own private secluded beach to lounge on all day long! Beautiful!

I liked everything. Some of the guests are rude to the staff and it really annoys me because there is no need to be rude. That’s not a reflection on the hotel, that’s just a reflection on them. Be kind!
