The sarrounding of the property is very ugly Inside the property is very good

I made my reservation through booking.com the price locked for 2 nights excluding taxes was 1980 wen arrived at the property the hotel denied the price saying it was a technical error is that the customers fault....then after speaking to booking.com hotel sent a mail to them saying they will give it for the same price it was booked for.....wen checking out they told no we did not send any email u have to pay the full price.... honestly it was so much frustrating and annoying.......i hope the same things don't happen to u guys

The room size and the beds

The towels were bad & old. Didn't feel like using them.

The rooms were decent, but the bathroom had a foul smell, no ventilation, a broken shower and worn-out fixtures that needed to be replaced. The property was situated in the centre of a slum area, making the access road to it appalling.
