Gracimor Hyndland Estate

My stay at Gracimor Hyndland Estate was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities that made the experience truly comfortable. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a restful getaway. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the elegant lighting to the plush furnishings. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Lusaka.

I had such a beautiful stay. Chintu, the administrator, is such a great host, very helpful.. The pictures really don’t do justice to the beauty and comfort. Looking forward to visiting again. The interior design looks amazing and perfect,the best place I’ve ever visited in Zambia

The quality and the home was amazing

Flat 6 "Hottub" large bath tub had zero hot water. No aircon in 2nd and 3rd bedroom it was hot and humid in these 2 rooms. Master bedroom aircon above head board made strange random noises and water droplets disrupting sleep. Car hire service is overpriced and set up for them to rip you off. We were moved to flat 7 flat that was supposed to be better but it was still under repair. Broken safety latch for window in 2nd bedroom. Had to repeatedly ask for an iron. Washing machine for our flat was out of order. Cleaning service does the bare minimum. Poor construction causing bugs and small lizards to enter thru cracks. We had to ask for some things that should have already been in place prior to check-in. Paying for the total package and not getting everything I expected.
