La Maravilla

The apartment was in a perfect location, inside a beautiful historic building, with everything within walking distance. It felt a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The floors were beautiful, and the space was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice for exploring the city on foot!

Overall, the apartment was nice and in a great location, but the elevator might not be for everyone. It's a small, historic lift that could feel uncomfortable if you're claustrophobic or nervous in tight spaces. Otherwise, be prepared for a high climb up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s definitely something future guests should be aware of.

Overall the location was good, but the apartment was horrible.

The person who gave us the key did not give us a tour of the apartment, she didn’t tell us what works and what doesn’t, there were stains and hair strains on the bed and I felt like the employer was rude.

The location and host were equally amazing! Top notch.

Really nice place, near the old town

Location: few minutes walking from old town, lungomare, restaurants and bars, focacceria, playground. Also walking distance is pane & Pomodoro beach. Private balcony with sea view.

There was nothing like that, everything was as in description, so it is not a minus, however a washing machine would be a big help, or a microwave oven. Maybe more tovels.

Nicely renovated, clean appartman with new and comfortable furnishing in a great location. It is on the 6th floor, the elevator is quite funny, very old and very small.

Since it was probably only completed before the season, there are still many things missing from it. When it will be fully equipped, it will be a fabulous place 🙂

Apartment is so comfortable and cozy. Location is perfect to everything you need. View from the terrace is relaxing to enjoy. Federica is a great host!
