Totul a fost bine

The pool was out of service. It was the main selection factor as an attraction for kids. There were many other options around at the time of booking, with similar or even better standard, at lower price. We took Das Holzhaus because of the pool. The house was not very clean, there were spiders nets in the kitchen. The propert around was not arranged. The empty pool and some stored equipment outside represented a danger for kids. We have made a claim and it was not resolved in satisfactory way. The host proposed ridiculous refund of 10% and upon our rejection and escalation booking customer service proposed half of it. No reaction from booking customer service for multiple messages in their portal. Overall, horrible experience both with the property and with booking customer service. I am long tenure client of booking and I reserve a lot with no complains so far, so quite a disappointment.

The outdoor area is beautiful with the pool, jacuzzi and cooking area

Everything was great.

Everything was perfect and the caretaker was the sweetest. Even took us for groceries with his own car since the property is far from all amenities and we didnt have a car. The jacuzzi and pool and view of the forest were the highlight of our stay.

An inviting and beautiful place. Equipped and modern. An inviting and warming pool. Perfect jacuzzi. Everything was clean and new and fresh.
