Unwashed bedsheets. They had stains on the bed. Smelly room with cigarettes odour. Hair lying around. Changed hotels within half an hour of checking in. Dont book this stay and waste your money.

The bedroom latch did not close . bathroom door lock was broken from inside so could NOT lock bathroom from inside and despite repeated complaints to the reception it was not repaired. Half the lights in the room were not working. The bedsheets were stained with oil stains and worn out and old like rags . The mattress had metal springs jutting out and hurt my hips. It was worse than staying in dharamshala. The food was bad the butter they served with breakfast was a very bad duplicate of amul. It was margarine of very poor quality. Had to be repeatedly told to get items for breakfast which was given very hesitatingly by the staff that too one by one after being asked to get the full items. . Over all it was a very bad place to stay.
