Chosen for location and it was an amazing location, right over the main square - The host provided a fully stocked fridge with a great range of breakfast items - milk, juice, tea, coffee ,ham, cheese , jam, butter - all we needed and more! Also voucher for fresh pastries from bakery below every day too- traditional Italian apartment with beautiful furniture and floor throughout. Parking was pre-arranged with the host as apartment is in ZTL area but car didn’t move for 5 nights as so much to see and do in Ravenna. We loved being in the centre with everything on the doorstep! Stayed in similar apartments before and don’t mind the outside noise- great atmosphere !

Parking & bag drop a little stressful initially but worked out fine - the middle room with a chaise (presume can be 3rd bed ) wasn’t too comfy for two to sit on but you’ve got kitchen table & chairs & bed too

Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen, mal abgesehen vom etwas wackeligen Balkonmobiliar

The apartment was comfortable and centrally located to the key sites in Ravenna. The kitchen was well stocked with bread, jams, yogurt, coffee, milk, juices and more.

The location is excellent. This apartment has everything necessary for a vacation. The owner, Piero, was extremely kind and attentive. He personally took care of us, gave excellent recommendations, and always responded very quickly to our questions. When you sit on the balcony, it feels like you are sitting in a café on the main square. However, once you close the balcony door, the noise is no longer disturbing. Piero offered very practical and affordable solutions for both the ZTL permit and parking, which made everything much easier for us. Thanks to the permit, it was possible to drive into the restricted zone to drop off or pick up our luggage. The car needed to be parked about 500 meters (7 min to walk) away, but considering that the property is located right in the heart of the main square, this was completely reasonable. The charging station was also in front of the parking area.

The two air conditioners might feel a little undersized for such a high-ceilinged and relatively spacious apartment. It wasn’t an issue for us, but on very hot days (if around 35°C) it could be challenging. The shower is rather compact, so it’s best suited for shorter showers.

Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia e confort ottimali. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro.

Tutto! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dal primo momento. E nell'alloggio ancora di più.. non manca niente, anzi, una vera sorpresa perché le cose anche più banali che in nessun posto ho trovato qui c'erano... la casa è pulitissima, ben organizzata, ti senti a casa tua... siamo in pieno centro, piazza del popolo.. e infine, Piero, fantastico, super accogliente, come questa splendida città.. grazie di cuore
